Refund Policy
We want you to love your lighting. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Items must be in resaleable condition.
- Clearance items and custom orders are non-returnable.
How to request a return
Email us at support@casonda.com with your order number. We will provide a return authorization and instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or defective items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping.
