Return window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.
How to start a return
- Contact us at support@casonda.com with your order number.
- We will confirm the return and provide instructions.
- Once we receive the item and verify its condition, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
